Hand picked from individually selected rows on our 300 acre estate. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows aromas and flavours of crisp bright apples, pear and citrus fruits.

With smooth, silk like textures, its excellent backbone of natural acidity and minerality provide a length and character that will allow the wine to age beautifully. Perfect on its own or with seafood salads, light pastas, cheese and crackers.

Colour
Pale straw with a typical ‘Gris’ hue

Aroma
Citrus blossom with bright , lifted apple and pear fruit aromas

Palate
Mouth filling citrus fruit from the cool climate Sidewood vineyard coupled with crispy pear flavours makes this wine so refreshing. A great backbone of natural acidity and a slight phenolic grip and minerality gives the wine length and character.

"Although no mention is made of it, and probably it's an illusion, but there are some faint echoes of oak on bouquet and palate. However, it is the intensity of the pear, citrus and apple fruit on the palate that lifts the wine out of the ruck."
